The YMCA is a well-established charity, built on over 160 years of working with vulnerable people. We work to stabilise, innovate and motivate, whilst never losing sight of our central focus of encouraging and inspiring people to be the best that they can be.

We are one of Cardiff’s largest providers of accommodation to homeless and vulnerable people. We are committed to offering support and guidance, developing programmes of local relevance and national significance.

Working Together

The YMCA recognises the invaluable support offered by the business sector and always endeavours to work alongside companies in a partnership that embraces creativity whilst consistently working professionally.

We can arrange for staff to visit our hostels for a chat to find out more about what we do, and to see first hand the difference their support makes.

We will provide a dedicated liaison manager to ensure that you are kept up-to-date with the work of the YMCA, and when relevant, to facilitate meetings, events and PR and fundraising initiatives.
