Advice
Support and Advice: The Association aims to support and assist all its residents. Everyone has a named support worker to identify support needs and plan how these may be met. This may include advice on benefits, finding permanent housing, giving useful information, helping to gain training or skills and working on tackling problems. Where the Association cannot meet needs directly, the support worker will help find that support from other organisations.
Staffing: Support Workers are available during office hours from Monday to Friday inclusive. The Hostel Team Workers are available between 9.00 a.m. and 10.00 p.m. daily. The Reception office is staffed 24 hours a day by Reception staff for normal office hours and early evening every day, and by Night Stewards who also patrol the buildings every night.
